Stories from Our Riders, Families, and Community
Matthew joined our Fuel the Freeride program at age 11. Through skill clinics, mentorship, and consistent guidance, he progressed not only his riding abilities but also confidence, discipline, and character.
In 2025, he competed in his first Appalachian Mountain Bike Club (AMBC) competition and took 1st place. A milestone that reflects both his dedication and the support of our program.
Harrison, age 16, joined our Gravity Disciples enduro racing team with limited experience in technical riding. Through coaching focused on enduro skills, cornering, jumping, and mental resilience, he progressed rapidly.
In 2025, Harrison achieved two podium finishes, both 3rd place, demonstrating how structured mentorship and skill development can help youth achieve competitive success while growing in confidence and perseverance.
