Trail Gnomes is more than just a trail-building program. It’s an opportunity for youth to connect with nature, learn practical skills, and give back to their community.
Participants design and build safe, sustainable jumps and trails while learning the science behind the terrain.
Every project integrates STEM principles, teamwork, and environmental stewardship; teaching young riders how math, physics, and engineering apply to real-world trail creation.
Since launching in 2025, more than 50 youth and volunteers have contributed over 250+ hours of trail building, litter removal, and restoration work.
Trail Gnomes brings together young riders, mentors, and local volunteers to strengthen the biking community. Beyond jumps and trails, participants learn leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Trail Gnomes creates a generation of youth who are not only skilled riders but engaged, confident, and community-minded leaders.
